Service Description
Make your child's birthday party an event to remember at PlayScape Cafe! Includes: -Private use of the entire space for up to 30 guests total for 2 hours, children and adults combined (front counter will still be open to the public for takeout orders only) -Complimentary hot drip coffee or tea, plus condiments -NEW: $50 food or beverage credit to use at the cafe -Space for you to bring in your own catering -A dedicated staff member to assist before, during and after -Full use of our A/V system to broadcast pictures or a slideshow and play your chosen music $100 deposit, balance is payable the day of the party.

Cancellation Policy
$100 deposit required. Balance is due the day of the party. You can cancel and receive a refund or credit of your deposit up to 3 weeks in advance of your party. In the event a cancellation takes place within 14 days of your party, your full balance will be charged upon cancellation. We will happily reschedule your party, if cancellation is due to the birthday child’s illness or a major emergency.
